REFUND
POLICY

Digital Products — No Refunds

All purchases on OneDollarStreets are for digital registry entries. As these are digital products that are delivered and activated immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. This is consistent with UK consumer law, which provides that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content that has been downloaded or activated with your consent before the cancellation period has expired. By completing a purchase on ODS you acknowledge that your registry entry is activated immediately, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply as you have consented to immediate digital delivery, and no refund will be issued once a purchase is complete.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund only in the following circumstances: you were charged more than once for the same street, a technical error resulted in the wrong street being assigned to your account, or your purchase did not complete but your payment was taken. To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@onedollarstreets.com with your certificate ID.

Removal for Policy Violations

If your registry entry is removed due to a violation of our Terms of Service (including but not limited to offensive content, links to adult or harmful websites, spam links, or impersonation), no refund will be issued. The street entry will be returned to available status. We reserve the right to permanently close accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate our terms.

OneDollarStreets sells digital registry entries only. No physical goods are shipped.
